Navigating Automation Hub

This page is a tour of the Automation Hub screen. It covers the top tabs, the global search, how you create and organize things, and the actions available on every card. If you are brand new, read this before the Quickstart.

The top tabs

Automation Hub opens on a row of tabs. Each list tab shows a live count of what it holds.

TabWhat it shows
Recently ViewedThe items you opened most recently. This is the default landing tab.
Workspaces (N)Every workspace you can access.
Collections (N)Every collection across your workspaces.
Jobs (N)Every job across your workspaces and collections.

The (N) next to Workspaces, Collections, and Jobs is a live count of the items in that tab.

The search bar sits at the top of every tab. Set the type dropdown next to it to narrow results:

  • All — search across everything
  • Workspace — workspaces only
  • Collection — collections only
  • Job — jobs only

Type into the box (placeholder "Key to search...") and matching items appear as you type, each labelled with where it lives (for example, in Workspace).

Creating things

Use the Create dropdown at the top of the page to make a new item. It offers three choices:

  • Workspace
  • Collection
  • Job

Choosing one opens a slide-in panel on the right. Fill in the name (and, for collections and jobs, the parent workspace and collection), then click Create. When you edit an existing item, the same panel's primary button reads Save Changes instead.

When a tab is empty, it also shows a large create button in the middle of the screen:

TabEmpty-state button
Workspaces+ Create Workspace
Collections+ Create collection
Jobs+ Create Job

Card and grid views

Each list tab has two layouts, switched with the view toggle in the toolbar:

  • Card view — a grid of cards, each showing an item's name, description, tags, and counts.
  • Grid view — a compact table, better for scanning many items at once.

The toolbar also has Sort, Import, and Export controls.

Sorting

Click Sort in the toolbar to reorder the list:

  • Name (A–Z)
  • Name (Z–A)
  • Last Modified (Newest)
  • Last Modified (Oldest)

Filtering jobs

The Jobs tab adds a Filter funnel button. Open it to narrow the list by:

  • Workspaces
  • Collections
  • Owner

Set any combination, then click Apply. Use Reset to clear the panel or Cancel to close it without changing anything. Active filters appear as chips above the list; click Clear All to remove them all at once.

Card actions

Every card has a kebab (three-dot) menu. The actions depend on the item type.

ItemKebab actions
WorkspaceEdit, Workspace Color, Delete
CollectionEdit, Collection Color, Delete
JobEdit, Job Color, Clone, Enable / Disable, Delete

Job cards also have two icon buttons:

  • Canvas — opens the workflow builder for that job
  • Executions — opens the job's run history

A status dot on each job card shows whether it is Enabled or Disabled.

Drilling down: Workspace → Collection → Job

Automation Hub organizes work in three levels:

Workspace
Top-level container for a team or environment
Collection
Groups related jobs inside a workspace
Job
The automation itself — a workflow of steps
Open a workspace to see its collections, open a collection to see its jobs, then open a job's Canvas to build it.

Open a workspace card to see the collections inside it, open a collection to see its jobs, and open a job's Canvas to build and run its workflow.
